We bought a new truck here. The team we had purchasing our truck were wonderful, friendly, funny and personable. Upon receiving our truck, everything was explained to us in detail. From setting up the memory seats to details on oil changes and maintenance. This was a first for us. And we appreciated being told all these things. Second review of maintenance dept. we brought our new truck in for window tinting. Service dept people were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our truck was completed earlier than expected. Windows are great.

Louis, the service tech was phenomenal. LISA who put me in a loaner was also phenomenal and Garson who helped out as well was phenomenal. Took good care of me. Customer service is exceptional explained every detail of what was done and what to expect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience extremely grateful and satisfied with the service provided five star service in my humble opinion!
Chris P. was amazing. Other than the numbers, he is the reason I came back to this location and purchased my vehicle here. I spoke to many other locations but Chris stood out. He was transparent and willing to send me numbers over the phone. Buying a car is a process but he explained everything well and left zero room for confusion. Also Joseph in finance was easy to talk to and the signing process was quite fast with him.
I went to Don Mealey Chevrolet to purchase a new 2026 Equinox EV., The entire staff were friendly and professional. The sales process was quick and easy, I was only there a few hours. Being a new EV owner I was given a tutorial on the different aspects of driving an EV. I got a lot of good information and all my questions answered. Driving the vehicle is a dream. There are many features not available on gas powered vehicles. A basic battery charger is included, though you may want to consider an upgraded charger. I highly recommend Don Mealey Chevrolet.

First time using Don Mealy for service and it was very good customer experience. In and out in under 30 minutes for an oil change and multi-point inspection. Prices for other services are competitive. I will definitely schedule other services in the future.
DM Chevy always takes good care of me. They just went above and beyond to help reprogram my car’s computer after a major repair. Their price for oil changes can’t be beat.

I have been bringing my cars to Don Mealy for service for quite a few years now. The service advisors I’ve had before were good. But this service advisor Gabby, was the best I’ve ever had in my life. She cares about the customer. She cares about customer service and she knows her stuff and is very quick and efficient. I couldn’t thank her enough. I will definitely always ask for her when I come back.

Sales representative Jose Alzuri had me at hello.😊 He was very helpful, friendly, and professional in getting me into my first ever brand new car. He explained everything in layman terms and showed me how to work all the high-tech functions of a new vehicle. I recently completed a trade for a vehicle at this dealership. I mostly worked with Dennis and Sydney during my time there. Their communication was top notch and customer service was top class. Everyone I came across there was warm, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond. They had the paperwork ready to go by the time I arrived and had me in and out in 1.5-2 hours time. They didn’t push me to buy products I had no interest in. Fastest and best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this dealership!
