Engine options and performance

2.7L TurboMax I4: 310 hp and 430 lb-ft of torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. This engine can tow up to 9,500 pounds and carry a maximum payload of 2,260 pounds.
5.3L EcoTec3 V8: 355 hp and 383 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. This engine can tow up to 11,300 pounds and has a payload capacity of 2,180 pounds.
6.2L EcoTec3 V8: 420 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. This engine enables the Silverado 1500 to tow a maximum of 13,300 pounds when properly equipped.
3.0L Duramax Turbo-Diesel I6: 305 hp and 495 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. This engine can tow a maximum of 13,300 pounds, making it a strong option for towing and efficiency.
6.6L Duramax Turbo-Diesel V8 (Silverado HD): Offers 470 hp and 975 lb-ft of torque. With this engine, the Silverado 2500 HD can tow up to 36,000 pounds.

Performance upgrades

SCA Suspension Lift System: Typically a 6-inch lift, but a 4-inch option is also available. Includes components like steering knuckles and upper control arms for improved ground clearance and handling off-road.
FOX Performance Shocks: Available in various levels, including the FOX 2.0 Adventure, FOX 2.0 Performance, or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series with Remote Reservoir, according to Black Widow Lifted Trucks. These shocks enhance both on-road comfort and off-road capability.
Wheels and Tires: 20-inch Black Widow wheels and 35-inch BF Goodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires are standard. Options include 22-inch wheel and tire upgrades.
Performance Exhaust: Dual exhaust with black tips enhances the truck’s sound and efficiency.
Whipple Supercharger (Optional): Increases horsepower, potentially reaching up to 700 hp, according to Black Widow Lifted Trucks.
Z71 Off-Road Package: Includes off-road suspension with tuned Rancho shocks, Hill Descent Control, and skid plates.
Enhanced Towing Features: Up to 14 camera views and a Trailering App with features like trailer profiles and mileage tracking.
